Good content almost never comes out of a brainstorming session. It\u2019s already there in how a business solves a problem, walks someone through their options, notices the detail nobody else noticed, handles the customer who\u2019s had a bad experience elsewhere.<\/p>

My job is to find that, organize it, and turn it into something people outside the business can understand. Some months that\u2019s a month of social posts. Some months it\u2019s a service page that finally explains the thing properly, or a whole site rebuilt around the questions customers were already asking.<\/p>
